Core Focus: Precision measurement and bracket alignment.

Measurement is Key: The most critical step. For inside mounts, measure width at top, middle, and bottom; use the narrowest measurement. For height, measure left, center, and right; use the tallest measurement. For outside mounts, add adequate overlap (we recommend 3-4 inches on each side for light blockage).

Bracket Leveling: Use a level to ensure brackets are perfectly aligned before securing them to the wall or window frame. Uneven brackets cause uneven shade operation.

Motorized Units – Test Before Final Mounting: Before permanently screwing in the brackets, place the shade in them and perform a test run via the remote/app to ensure smooth operation and correct travel limits.

Safety Check: After installation, gently pull down on the shade to confirm all brackets are securely fastened and can support the weight.

Double-check your measurements! We recommend using a steel tape measure and measuring the exact window width and height in three places.

Power First: Decide your power source (plug-in transformer or rechargeable battery pack) and have it ready. Fully charge the battery before installation if applicable.
